Radiant Heat
An in-floor radiant-heating system circulates hot water through a series of pipes encased in the floor. Acting as a giant radiator, the floor generates warmth to people and furnishings without those blasts of dry, hot air associated with gas, propane and oil furnaces. You stay comfortable through conductive heat, while the air passing over the warm floor provides additional convective heat. Because the piping system is encased in the floor, furniture can be arranged without blocking register vents. Other radiant-heat applications requiring hot water—including wall or floor-mounted radiators—also may be used.

Fan-Coil Systems
Your  GeoSmart Energy VXW Hydronic water-to-water unit also can be used with fan-coil units, in which hot or cold water passes through a water coil in an air handler to supply conditioned comfort. The water-to-water unit delivers water at just the right temperature to heat, cool and dehumidify.

Water Heating
Your system can be designed to generate an abundant supply of hot water, provided efficiently and reliably whenever you need it. The cost of this hot water will be significantly less than with ordinary systems.

Pool and Spa Heating
With efficiencies three times that of conventional pool heaters, VXW Hydronic water-to-water units can dramatically reduce water-heating costs for pools. Owners of outdoor pools in colder climates can affordably extend their swimming season with a reliable supply of efficiently-heated water.

Snow-and-Ice Melt
