Chad Brezynskie, Vice President, Sales & Marketing As a co-founder of GeoSmart Energy, Chad brings vision, leadership and technical expertise to his role. He entered the geothermal industry in 2001 where he honed his technical geothermal skills under the guidance of two of North America’s most recognized and respected geothermal leaders. With the wealth of expertise he has acquired over the years as a sales and marketing specialist both within the geothermal and information technology industries, Chad has constructed a technical sales and marketing team that is dedicated to supporting our customers. |

Stephen Marco, Operations Manager Stephen has been involved in the geothermal industry since he was ‘knee-high to a grasshopper’, helping his father, Stan, in the trenches and during home installations across Canada. He has more than eight years shipping, receiving and material distribution experience and spent two years with a geothermal and conventional heating and cooling contractor overseeing homeowner and industrial installations. |

Tracy Ford, Human Resources & Special Projects Tracy Ford has been involved with many different experiences while working almost a decade with the industry leader in Fire Protection at SimplexGrinnell. After graduating from Sheridan College with a Human Resources Management Diploma, she began her career at SimplexGrinnell. She has worked with the Human Resources department, the Payroll Department managing and processing of non-union & unionized payroll for over 1,000 employees, as well as working as a Sprinkler Contract Administrator working closely with the sales and management team. |

Garry Meadows, Territory Manager, Alberta/British Columbia Garry brings a wealth of knowledge to GeoSmart Energy with experience in refrigeration equipment, boilers, millwork, welding and engineering. Following his geothermal training from the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association and WaterFurnace Inc., Garry became a geothermal dealer in Manitoba where he received the award for top dealer two years running. He also holds Electrical and Refrigeration tickets, and a 4th Class Engineers Certificate. |

Lloyd Johnson, Territory Manager, Manitoba/Saskatchewan Lloyd’s knowledge and expertise spans 17 years in the residential and commercial heating and cooling industry and ten years as a specialist in geothermal. His background is further reinforced with his experience as a 4th Class Engineer and as an Interprovincial Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic. Having worked seven years as a business owner/operator during his career, Lloyd has a particular affinity for the needs of dealers and installers in his region. |

George McKay, Territory Manager, Eastern Ontario George has been working within the HVAC industry for more than 34 years during which time he has earned several Ontario licences and completed seven years of part-time studies at Algonquin College. He started his own business in 1973 in which he sold, installed and serviced a variety of HVAC equipment. He entered the geothermal aspect of the industry in 1988, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at GeoSmart Energy Inc. |

June Thomson, Territory Manager, Southwestern Ontario June Thomson has been involved in the heating and cooling industry for more than 25 years. June has the knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential/commercial sales, service, consulting and management roles in the HVACR industry. Along with here geothermal experience and CGC Installer & Designer Accreditation, she also carries her G1 Gas Licence, OBT1 Oil Licence, Heat Loss/Heat Gain Certification and Certificate of Qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. |

Léo Godreau, Territory Manager, Québec and Eastern Canada Leo has over 2 decades of sales experience including more that 13 years as a Territory Manager throughout all of Canada plus 3 years as a Sales Manager for a HVAC distributor in Montreal. Leo has managed all aspects of sales and marketing for both residential and commercial geothermal markets along with experience building and establishing distribution networks for sales, engineering and industry associations. Fully bilingual, Leo has the experience and knowledge needed to extend GeoSmart as the recognized leader in the geothermal markets of Quebec and Eastern Canada. |

Mike Mullins, Technical Support and Sales ‘Uncle’ Mike has had a long and outstanding career within the HVAC industry. His career spans a six-year full engineering apprenticeship at Rolls Royce technical college and experience working in commercial and industrial refrigeration and European cold storage. Having worked in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and the United States, he entered the geothermal industry in Canada in 1992. Among the many certificates he holds are Boiler and Pressure Vessels Regulation, Engineering Craftsmanship, Service/Installation Technical Training and Sales Training. Mike is a highly respected Geothermal Specialist who provides support and training to all of our dealers and installers. |
