“Because
it burns no fossil fuels, a GeoSmart Energy heating and cooling system is the most cost-effective,
energy-efficient and environmentally
friendly way to condition your home.”
Mission and Core Values Statement: It is GeoSmart Energy's mission to
define ourselves as the leading Geothermal Heat Pump Brand in the
HVAC market in Canada. Our core values include a customer-first
mentality, unquestioned integrity, respect, and excellence in all
aspects of business.
People: GeoSmart Energy was founded by Cheryl
Marco. Cheryl has a vast history in the geothermal industry dating
back as far as 1990. Her experience includes sales/administration
and system installation with one of Canada's largest geothermal
dealers, as well as general accounting and administration in Canada
for WFI Industries, which is now a North American leader in Geothermal
Heat Pump Manufacturing. Cheryl has recently added a number of other
well known Geothermal Experts to join her team and assist her in
establishing GeoSmart Energy in the ground source heat pump
market. The result of these key acquisitions is a combined 40+ years
experience at GeoSmart Energy.
Geothermal Philosophy: There is a smarter way to build, sell, and
install geothermal systems. It is the GeoSmart Energy way.
Our experience in the geothermal industry has taught us that system
design and sizing coupled with training and quality product equals
homeowner and contractor satisfaction. It is our philosophy that
a geothermal system should be able to heat a home on some of the
coldest days of the year. The days of sizing to minimum standards
are over. The GeoSmart Energy standard is here.
Location: GeoSmart Energy's National Head Office
and Resource Training facility is located in Cambridge Ontario,
Southern Ontario's major transportation hub. Our 6100 square foot
facility houses close to 2000 square feet of office space, a permanent
training and testing facility, and 4000 square feet of warehouse
space. The Distribution and Training Center is located a minute
off North America's busiest Highway (401), is 35 minutes from Toronto's
Pearson International Airport, less than a 3 hour drive from Michigan
and only 1 hour from New York State. With a selection of hotels
including the Holiday Inn across the street, our facility lends
itself well to both local and out of town contractors attending
training as well as other customers who want to get a better look
at our technology.
